How do you clean the toys? 🧼
At PlayCycle, your child's safety and health are our absolute priorities. We follow a rigorous five-step sanitization process to ensure every toy arrives at your door in "like-new" condition:
- Initial Inspection: Every toy is meticulously inspected upon return for any hidden dirt, debris, or damage.
- Deep Cleaning: We remove surface grime using eco-friendly, child-safe detergents. For plush items, we use high-temperature steam cleaning to eliminate allergens and dust mites.
- Sanitization & Disinfection: We use Twinkle Baby Multi-Purpose Cleaner (and other hospital-grade, non-toxic sanitizers) which are proven to kill 99.9% of germs, bacteria, and viruses without leaving behind harsh chemical residues.
- UVC Sterilization: High-touch plastic and wooden toys undergo a cycle of UVC sterilization to ensure even the hardest-to-reach nooks are germ-free.
- Eco-Friendly Sealing: Once sanitized, toys are wrapped in eco-friendly honeycomb paper and placed in recycled containers to keep them pristine during transit to your home.

Beyond hygiene, physical safety is our top priority. Every item undergoes a rigorous safety check before it leaves our facility:
- Structural Integrity: We inspect every toy for wear, tear, or loose parts to ensure they remain sturdy and safe.
- Battery Safety: All battery-operated toys are checked to ensure compartments are securely screwed shut and functioning perfectly.
- Age Appropriateness: We double-check that every set is suitable for your child’s specific developmental stage to prevent any choking hazards.
