We've designed our logistics to be as "parent-friendly" as possible. Here is everything you need to know about receiving your Playcycle toys:

Where do you deliver?

We provide island-wide delivery across Singapore! Please note that a small surcharge may apply for restricted zones or offshore areas (e.g., Sentosa, Jurong Island, or Tuas).

How much does delivery cost?

Good news! Two-way delivery is included in all our subscription plans. This covers the cost of bringing your new toys and collecting the previous set.

What is a "Swap Day"?

Every four weeks, we perform a "1-for-1 Swap." Our courier will arrive at your doorstep with a fresh set of toys. Simply hand over your previous set in its original PlayCycle box or container, and we'll hand over the new treasures!

Do I need to be home?

While we love saying hi, you don't necessarily need to be home. You can leave the return bag outside your door or with your building's concierge. Just let us know in advance via WhatsApp so we can coordinate with our driver.

When will my toys arrive?

Once you subscribe, your first set will be delivered within 3–5 working days. For subsequent months, we will notify you 48 hours before your scheduled Swap Day via SMS or WhatsApp. To reduce our carbon footprint, we utilize Eco-Friendly Routes—delivering by batches to specific zones (e.g., North-East region every Monday).

What if I miss my delivery?

We know life happens! However, to respect our drivers' schedules, if you miss a scheduled swap without 24 hours' notice, a re-delivery fee of $15 will apply to cover the additional courier trip.
